A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.

Code ยงยง36-12-40 through 36-12-47. The Federal Trade Commission's removal guidance explains that an opt-out from a commercial republication does not erase the source government record.
